Randall W. Wenker, (B.A. (1960) Loyola Marymount University; L.L.B. (1964) Loyola Law School), practices estate planning, probate, and trust administration. He is a State Bar certified specialist in Probate, Estate Planning and Trust Law, and has over 40 years of experience in these practice areas. He assists clients in the preparation of wills and trusts, powers of attorney, advance healthcare directives, deeds, and other documents related to estate planning. Randy also guides clients through probate proceedings throughout the superior court system, the administration of trusts and estates, and conservatorships. Finally, Randy has counseled numerous clients with regard to their closely-held businesses.
Randy is a member of the State Bar of California and is admitted to practice before the state and federal courts in California, as well as the United States Tax Court. Randy is also a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
Allan R. Schroth, (B.A., 1996, University of California, Berkeley; J.D., 1999, Boalt Hall School of Law, University of California, Berkeley), began his professional career as a civil litigator at Christensen, Miller et al. in Century City, and Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy in downtown Los Angeles. He joined MW&S in 2006, where he represents individuals and families in all aspects of estate planning, probate, conservatorships, and trust and estate administration. Allan also provides counsel to clients in forming closely-held businesses.
Allan is a member of the State Bar of California and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Central and Eastern Districts of California, as well as the California state courts. Allan is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
